President & CEO
Marc Plaisted, CFE (Certified Franchise Executive) is an accomplished franchise industry leader in all aspects of domestic and international franchising including development, sales, operations, marketing, finance, expansions, and customer relations. Marc’s diversity of experience is vast, having been an award-winning single and multi-unit franchisee of an international QSR food franchise, an executive of a number of franchise systems, a speaker at numerous franchise seminars and trade shows, experienced franchise testimony expert, an author, and a business consultant.
Marc founded BrandChise® in 2001 with the goal of providing the most advanced and experience based consulting available. Marc uses his successes as franchisee, franchisor, court expert, speaker, author, coach, and consultant to provide BrandChise® clients superior and personalized consulting service.
Amy Plaisted, CFE
Vice President & Co-Founder
Amy has been a franchise pioneer since 1992 and is our Vice President. As a multiple-location franchisee of Dairy Queen, Amy’s work led the record sales growth of each of her locations as well as participating with several marketing and product development task forces with the Berkshire Hathaway company. Amy has worked with a number of franchise companies such as Gloria Jeans Coffee, Kenny Rogers Roasters, Dairy Queen, United Van Lines, RE/MAX, Computer Renaissance, Carr’s the Traditional Barber, Cheddars, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Bucca Di Beppo. Amy also continues to operate a franchise event management company called Spectrum Event Management.
